You've reset the account's password ? And then logged out and back in everywhere they you're using the account ? If that hasn't fixed it contact iTunes Support

As well as resetting the account's password you've logged out and back into the account wherever you're using it : What to do after you change your Apple ID email address or password - Apple Support ?
